Training
Each business is different with a variety of needs and because of this we do not offer ‘off the shelf’ training programmes.
The demands placed upon today's managers are ever-increasing and they have to possess the skill sets and competencies to deliver results.
The people within your organisation who are tasked with delivering the diversity, equality, and inclusion strategy have one of the most difficult and challenging roles.
Our trainers are all highly qualified and experienced.
Methodologies are flexible and can be traditional or more creative and innovative.
They range from formal techniques: exercises, case studies, critical enquiry and role plays to more informal methods with guided discussions and sharing of practical tips and techniques.
We can bring community visitors, actors and dramatic techniques to the sessions and offer support from one or more trainers depending on your needs.
Location, duration and venue are completely flexible: A variety of locations, including community-based venues, can be used or we can organise training in your offices.
Residential courses are also possible and can work well, especially for “training of trainers” and team building for diverse teams.

Training of trainers for the recruitment industry
Why should I consider developing the “trainer” and/or my top sales people in diversity and equalities?
This three day program will equip your people with the skills to “sell” diversity internally and externally. It will ensure they are developed to cascade that knowledge through their teams and gives practical tips on how to make the most of this knowledge during the pitch.
Intelligence will remain within your sales teams and business rather than with a trainer who leaves at the end of the session. This will also help to embed the businesses equality principles throughout your business and maximise the possible profits that are attainable when sales people can “sell” diversity. It is also an effective method of differentiating your business and proving that you appreciate the business value of diversity to your clients.
This programme requires a high level of communications skills and/or some experience in training and development
Options:
Selling diversity to clients: part one
Baseline underpinning for those who have little or no previous knowledge or training in the principles of equality and diversity management.
Selling diversity to clients: part two
For those who are confident and competent in equalities. Translate that knowledge into real “stories” that will help you to make the sale.
Selling diversity to clients: part three
Understanding, in depth, what your clients are doing around equality & diversity and what they expect from you and becoming the trusted advisor. You must have completed part two to attend this and to get the most out of the day.
