Background

Recognition of the importance that recruitment agencies play led to the creation of Diversity Assured Recruitment. According to the CIPD 76% of all companies utilise the services of recruitment agencies to fill their vacancies.
DAR is
delivered in partnership with the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) who are the regulatory body and membership organisation which leads the way in promoting and elevating standards in the recruitment industry.
